A good leader must be confident in making decisions and at the same time good and loyal to people he is responsible for. In any group of people sometimes conflicts happen and the main goal of a leader is to resolve them without hurting someone seriously. It takes time to become an experienced and wise leader, but I think I am ready to go in this direction and develop myself and prepare myself to be best leader ever.

I had a great example of my grandmother who was an amazing doctor. When I was little I liked listening to her stories about work. We also played with my dolls and I cured them.
Now, twelve years later, I study to become one. In a year I will go to the university in the capital of the country. It is considered to be the best medical university and what is more, my grandmother studied there.
I want to be a surgeon. I will go through operations and I know that it is going to be extremely difficult but I will cope with it. I have a great support from my parents. They believe in my dream and seem to be very proud of me.
Besides, I want to go to India one day and volunteer as a doctor there. It may seem strange but a part of my dream is to help people who are in great need. So I hope to work at some hospital where I can challenge myself.
