It is very wrong to clean it up from the blanket net. Too many Tatars should stop reading it, because pragmatically it is not much needed. There is little culture of the Tatar people.

Another small butt. In Tatarstan, the Tatar language was more pronounced, and the Russian language - less, and less in Russia. Prote from 88 regions, Tatarstan is in third place behind the Russian language. Bilingualism is important. If children learned both Tatar and Russian, they knew Russian better.

- There was a rally against the scrapping of the Tatar bill. You are also present here. But not a lot of people came. Does this mean that the topic is no longer relevant for the residents of Tatarstan?

I was the only Russian there. It was 120 osib. The rally was announced many times before it was allowed. I'm wearing a jacket, a jacket, a T-shirt, a shirt. And I was frozen for the last year. It was simply cold standing at the rally. If it’s spring, more people will come to such rallies.

- At this meeting there was a call for the Russian authorities to ratify the European Charter for Regional Development. Do you believe that this decision about shortening the lessons of the Tatar language is connected with the fact that Russia has not completed this?

I think it's connected. It seems to me that Russia is trying to follow its own path towards the existence of a harsh pyramid of power. Why, such a great power has such a cruel pyramid working in a bad way. Saltikov-Shchedrin has the following phrase: “The harshness of Russian laws is mitigated by the inflexibility of their rule.” It seems to me that Russia is trying to develop those that are not useful in this situation. The goal is to bring about a change in the diversity of cultures in Russia. In just an hour everything will turn around, everything will change. Ale “dead hour” can take away the fates and ten years.
